Proven Performance in Classified Cyber Operations
Invictus brings deep experience serving as a trusted mission partner across the national security community, including as the prime integrator for the Defense Intelligence Agency’s modernization of the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS). This work spans cybersecurity, resilience and global mission support across classified environments.
Through programs such as Agile Cyber Technology 3 (ACT3) – Archangel Remiel, Invictus delivers rapid cyber capability development, integration, and transition across DoW and coalition operations—supporting cyber defense, cyber operations, mission assurance and cross-domain activities across air, land, sea, space and cyberspace.

OSCE2R Invictus Overview
Operational Simulated Cyber Environment for Enhanced Resiliency (OSCE2R) is an awarded Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) with a $97M ceiling for RDT&E funds. OSCE2R allows for rapid contracting acquisition to support critical cyber mission needs with the ability to add additional teammates if there is someone in particular you want as a vendor to provide the services.
ACT 3 REMIEL Invictus Overview
ACT3 REMIEL follows ACT2 and OSCER work to provide rapid cyber acquisition to further the research, development, enhancement, integration, and transition of cyber technology across varying entities of the USG and coalition forces to continue current efforts pursuing a state of technical normality across operations and increasing the ability of the United States to more efficiently conduct cyber operations, cross discipline operations, and cross domain operations.
