Red River Appoints Jeff Snider as Chief Growth Officer
CLAREMONT, N.H. and RESTON, Va. -December 3, 2020 - Red River, a technology transformation company, announced today that Jeff Snider will become the company’s new Chief Growth Officer (CGO), effective immediately. Snider previously served as Red River’s Vice President of Strategy Development.
As Chief Growth Officer, Snider will continue to build Red River’s contract portfolio with new contract vehicles and programs supporting Red River’s federal, state and local government customers. Snider will also be responsible for creating a new Business Development Organization whose aim is to develop and enhance the company’s cross-functional business development strategy.
“Red River has grown tremendously in the past five years, and Jeff has played a key role in making that possible,” said Alan Dumas, CEO for Red River. “Jeff is the right leader to help Red River position itself for our next stage of growth, as we continue to expand our capabilities, increase our capacity to take on large-scale, multi-year projects, and seek out new opportunities to support our customers.”
Under Snider’s leadership, Red River has significantly expanded its contract portfolio to include three active Government Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWAC), seven active civilian contract vehicles, six active DoD contract vehicles and over 40 active state and local contracts. The company’s contract portfolio is valued at over $128 billion.
“In the nine years I’ve been with Red River, our growth has been nothing short of remarkable, with high quality, sustainable revenues across multiple customer sectors,” said Snider. “Not only have we continued to expand our team every year, but we have expanded our services and offerings, while solidifying ourselves as a key player in this industry. I’m thrilled to continue to be a part of this great team and the growth it is consistently generating.”
Snider joined Red River in 2011 as VP of Business Capture, bringing more than 30 years of experience in capture efforts, proposal generation, task order proposals and professional services quotation responses. In addition to program capture experience, Snider has a technical sales and management background that has enhanced his ability to lead strategic capture teams, and to lead those teams when managing contract vehicles after the awards.
