Red River’s Indira Rice Donegan Appointed to AFCEA DC Board of Directors

CLAREMONT, N.H. and CHANTILLY, Va. – August 15, 2024 – Red River, a technology transformation company serving government and enterprise customers, today announced that Indira Rice Donegan has been appointed to the board serving the Washington, DC-based chapter of AFCEA International.

The AFCEA DC board plays a crucial role in guiding the organization’s mission and strategy. They are responsible for overseeing financial health, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, and supporting fundraising efforts. Additionally, they provide leadership and direction to the executive team, helping to set goals, monitor progress and ensure the organization stays true to its mission and objectives.

Donegan provides insight and leadership to support Red River’s Department of Defense (DoD) and federal customers in building a critical understanding of disruptive technologies and services that can ensure mission success. She is a retired US Army Lieutenant Colonel with over 20 years of military service, holding various positions that focused on defense IT and cyber initiatives as well as strategic use of communications technologies. As an active supporter of AFCEA throughout her career, Donegan will serve a three-year term alongside other DC metro industry leaders.
