Red River Recognized as 2021 Best Technology Company in New Hampshire

CLAREMONT, N.H. and CHANTILLY, Va. May 4, 2021 Red River, a technology transformation company, announced today it has been selected as the 2021 Best Technology Company in New Hampshire by Business NH Magazine and the NH Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives. Winners are selected from a pool of applicants from across NH.

The Business of the Year award recognizes those companies that not only bring economic growth and stability to the region, but also those that actively participate in community service endeavors. Red River was founded in New Hampshire in 1995 and has grown to more than 750 employees with offices in four states. The company is headquartered in Claremont, N.H.

“We are proud to call New Hampshire home, and equally proud to be known as a good corporate citizen and valuable part of the community,” said Red River Chief Operations Officer Dan McGee. “Whether that means getting out to volunteer, providing scholarships for local students, or striving to be a great employer for the incredible talent in the area, we try to be an active part of the community each and every day.”

To give back to its communities, Red River offers paid time off for community service, provides donations for causes its employees support and the company’s employees are extremely engaged in the Red River Charitable Foundation (RRCF), a 501 (c)(3),which was created in 2008 as a way to positively impact communities, particularly for veterans and students. Now in its thirteenth year, the RRCF Scholarship program has given 60 scholarships totaling $210,000.00 to recent high school graduates in New England pursing STEM fields of study. Red River is also partnered with the Boston Bruins Foundation to create brand new, high-tech STEM labs in regional schools. Other activities include supporting Ice Vets Adaptive Sports in New Hampshire and Vermont, and sponsoring memberships for active-duty military, military spouses and veterans at Claremont Makerspace.

Red River was also recognized for its meaningful work in support of its customers, including the State of New Hampshire, as they navigated COVID-19. This included technology upgrades to support a work-from-home environment, a wireless networking solution for COVID-19 testing facilities and the creation of Access-EDU, a solution to help schools expand their secure remote networking capabilities in support of remote learning.

Earlier this year, Red River was named a U.S. Best Managed Company by Deloitte Private and the Wall Street Journal and earned a Great Place to Work® Certification™
