By engaging with the Red River service desk, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Red River for identity verification purposes. These messages may include one-time passcodes or security verification codes that you will need to provide back to the service desk agent in order to complete the authentication process.
- Message type: One-time SMS/text messages containing security or verification codes.
- Message frequency: Sent only as needed to verify your identity during service desk interactions.
- Opt-out: You may withdraw your consent at any time by notifying your organization or the Red River service desk. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS/text verification codes.

Consent for messaging is initially collected by our clients and shared with Red River under their direction. Red River does not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.
