Rob Wethington
Customer Success Manager
As a Customer Success Manager with Red River, Rob brings a mix of experience in both customer relations and infrastructure support – previously serving in such technology-centric roles as Global Teams Administrator for biotechnology company, Alltech; Infrastructure Engineer for a local MSP in Lexington, KY; and Quality Control Manager for Apple Care Mac OS and iOS phone support centers. Rob excels at building relationships with those he works with and with end users to go beyond fixing today’s issues and allowing a more proactive approach to ensuring resolutions are provided. Rob is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Infrastructure Technology from the University of the Cumberlands. In his off time, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, as well as enjoying his collection of bourbon and board games.
