
Farah Shah
Chief Legal Officer
As Chief Legal Officer, Farah Shah leads Red River’s legal, ethics and compliance functions and serves as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team and Board of Directors. She brings nearly 20 years of legal and compliance leadership across the aerospace, defense, healthcare and technology industries with expertise in government contracting, compliance and enterprise risk management.
Prior to joining Red River, Farah served as General Counsel for GE Aerospace’s Marine & Mobility Engines business, where she advised on defense contracting, FAR/DFARS compliance, international law and intellectual property matters. She was previously General Counsel and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at J&J Worldwide Services, guiding the company through its $800M acquisition by CBRE. Earlier in her career, she held legal roles with Valiant Integrated Services, Stryker, Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Supreme Group, and began her career in private practice.
Farah earned her JD from American University and a BS in Finance from Miami University.
