Kim Owens
Customer Success Manager
Kim joined Red River in the fall of 2020 as a Customer Success Manager. Coming from a diverse professional background, mostly related to health care, Kim has always found herself in roles centered around serving others – may that be customers, patients, doctors, or staff. Originally a certified surgical technologist and supervisor for two ambulatory surgery centers, she decided to go back to school for her B.S. in Health Administration, a degree that helped her move into the director position at those surgery centers. In her role as Director, she worked closely with the board of directors, legal, and all clinical and administrative staff, solidifying her passion for supporting others and building lasting partnerships. Kim also has extensive experience in the heavily regulated health insurance industry, where she managed the Grievance and Appeal department for a health insurance company. When not in the office she enjoys bicycle riding with friends, cooking, and traveling the globe.
