Kayla has worked in customer relations for over 10 years, starting with a role as Tour Guide with the Walt Disney Company. No matter what industry or role she’s found herself in, Kayla always strives to create the best customer experience possible and enjoys helping customers achieve their business goals. Kayla has her Master’s degree in Business Administration from Rivier University, from which she also has a B.A. in Communications and a minor in Marketing. In her free time Kayla loves traveling, reading, photography and playing classic board games.
