Guy has worked in the IT industry for 24 years, the last 15 focused on Managed Services. Originally working in technical IT roles, Guy transitioned into the service delivery side while at NTT America and then Red River. Highly skilled at managing accounts of all types – from Total Contract Value (TCV) of $5,000 to those over $20,000,000 – Guy works closely with clients to keep on top of business goals and drive success. As a Customer Success Manager for Red River, he primarily works with clients in the healthcare field, including several Veteran’s Affairs health centers. Outside of work, Guy, who lives in Florida, enjoys spending quality time with family at the Disney and Universal amusement parks.
