Alice joined Red River in 2021 after spending 13+ years as Leasing & Finance and Sales Support in the office equipment and technology fields. Previously with Xerox Business Systems as the division leasing manager, she has extensive experience with sales support, contract management, and customer relations; successfully enabling smooth sales and integration processes. Alice has a B.A. in History and English from Valparaiso University; and in 2022 earned her ITIL certification, as well as AWS Partner: Sales, AWS Partner: Business, AWS Partner: Technical, and AWS Partner: Cloud Economics accreditations. Her personal interests include hiking and crafting of any kind.
