David Raffetto

As Senior Vice President and General Manager of Red River’s Technology Solutions business unit, David Raffetto leads the company’s federal and commercial sales organizations and oversees go-to-market strategy to drive growth across diverse markets. He focuses on strengthening mission-focused partnerships and delivering innovative technology solutions that help government and enterprise customers achieve their strategic objectives.

Raffetto brings more than 16 years of leadership experience in the technology sector, spanning both public and private markets. Prior to joining Red River, he held multiple sales and leadership roles at Cisco Systems, most recently serving as Sales Director for the Department of Defense operation. In that role, he led a large, matrixed team supporting key defense organizations including the Department of the Air Force, U.S. Marine Corps, Department of the Navy, Defense Health Agency and U.S. Coast Guard.

A veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, Raffetto has built a career focused on delivering mission-enabling technology solutions in complex environments. He is active in the federal community as a board member of the AFCEA DC Chapter, a USO member and a mentor with the Federal Aspiring Leaders organization.
