Terrence (Terry) Bilbo serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Red River’s Managed Services business unit, where he oversees all aspects of the organization from growth strategy and operational excellence to business transformation. He is focused on delivering exceptional customer service through Red River’s Network Operations Centers, Help Desk, maintenance, cloud delivery and support operations.
With a proven track record in enterprise operations and strategic leadership, Terry brings deep expertise in driving organizational change and service innovation. His leadership is anchored in delivering value through cutting-edge managed service solutions, operational agility and an unwavering commitment to quality.
Prior to Red River, Terry led Capgemini’s SLED business, expanding public sector partnerships. He was Chief Administrative Officer at Grant Thornton, driving firmwide operational transformation, and Corporate VP at DXC Technology, managing a portfolio of global business lines and shared services. Throughout his career, he has modernized operations, led high-performing teams and delivered strong business results.
