Michael Sang
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Mike Sang leads Red River’s finance organization and oversees financial strategy, planning, reporting and operations in support of the company’s continued growth.
Mike brings significant experience across government contracting, aerospace and defense, strategic finance, M&A, integration and financial operations. Since joining Red River in 2024, he has become a trusted leader within the finance organization and across the business, bringing financial discipline, strategic perspective and a deep understanding of the company’s operating model.
Prior to joining Red River as VP of Finance and Treasury, Mike held senior finance and strategy roles at CAE, L3Harris and Morgan Stanley. His background includes treasury, strategic planning, finance operations, investor relations, capital markets and corporate development across diverse markets. He also brings experience working with DCMA, DCAA and external audit organizations in government contracting environments.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University.
