Curtis Puckett
President of Government Technology Services
Curtis Puckett oversees the company’s diverse government programs portfolio and provides strategic direction and management for the teams delivering mission-critical IT solutions and services programs to federal agencies.
Puckett is a former Air Force Cyber Officer with 25 years of service in the military and extensive experience bringing emerging technologies to the Department of Defense. With over 30 years supporting military and federal government contracting, he offers a broad range of expertise including systems engineering and integration, software engineering and development, artificial intelligence and machine learning, network operations, cloud architectures, information assurance and cybersecurity.
Prior to joining Red River, Puckett was the Vice President and General Manager of General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) Defense Agencies Sector. He also spent 15 years as a cyber officer with multiple federal agencies including the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), where he managed the Cyberspace and National Intelligence Division for the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JTC). Puckett holds an MBA from Southern Illinois University and a B.A. in Business Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
