Customer Success Manager

Tammy joined Red River in August of 2022 as a customer success manager, bringing with her a passion for driving client success honed over her 15 years of experience in account and sales management. In her previous role as a client success manager, Tammy was responsible for many aspects of engagement including account management, quoting, dispatch, escalations, and project management; all while developing strong customer relations with decision makers, vendors, and internal staff to ensure an exceptional IT experience for each client.  

After raising her children as a single parent, Tammy decided to go back to school and in 2019 earn a B.S. in Business Management from Texas A&M. When not working, Tammy enjoys family time with her grandchildren and traveling with her husband.
