For customers that intend to administer the system themselves, but want Red River to handle end user support. Red River provides:- All end-user tech support

We offer a few options tailored to individual customer needs and capabilities. We can take on resolver responsibilities from end-to-end, or the customer’s IT team can start a help ticket at initiation and then escalate it to Red River.
