With their voice infrastructure approaching end-of-life, West Chester University decided to partner with Red River to completely update their voice network and implementing a new Cisco UC solution. Despite the challenges of COVID-19 and remote work, West Chester University’s Converged Communications Team and Red River’s voice architect worked together to deploy this new Cisco Unified Communications platform.
