Our people are unified and inspired by these values and it’s this ethos that led to the creation of our Community Engagement program called InspiRED. It deepens our connection to these values and puts purpose in action, while attracting like-minded people and partners to support our mission.

OUR MISSION

The Red River CEP is designed to drive a positive and direct impact to four communities:

1. Our employees our greatest and most important asset. Red River is focused on supporting our employees in areas of personal and professional development while providing an environment where everyone can be their authentic self. Engaged, “comfortable”, happy employees will ensure delighted customers.
2. Our customers drive innovative solutions that support mission outcomes for our customers while providing an exceptional customer experience that is personable and reliable. And wherever possible supporting our customers in their neighborhoods and driving alignment with socio-economic/diversity and environmental goals.
3. Our partners build long-term trusting relationships with partners that share a joint vision for delivering exceptional products and services to our customers while being mindful of socially and environmentally responsible business.
4. Our neighborhoods supporting causes our employees care about and being a visible corporate participant within our local communities. Healthy profitable businesses should seek opportunities to support and grow neighborhoods where our employees and customers live and work.

To assist these critical communities we will focus our Community Engagement efforts in four pillars of work:

Philanthropy & Volunteerism
Red River Cares. Philanthropy and being an engaged corporate citizen is at the core of our company culture. Since our inception in 1995, Red River has been positively impacting the communities where our employees live and work through a variety of programs. We offer various scholarships, hands-on IT learning opportunities and volunteer programs while also sponsoring events and donating our time and money. Through our nonprofit, the Red River Charitable Foundation, and with the help of our generous employees, we enable students to pursue STEM careers and encourage veterans in their personal and professional growth.
Our People & Culture
Red River believes collaboration and respect are at the heart of every human interaction. We strive to build an open, diverse, and inclusive environment for all employees. Our culture celebrates success and aspires to make employees feel appreciated for their contributions at all levels.
Environment & Sustainability
Red River must be a steward of environmental responsibility and sustainability. We subscribe to the methodology of Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. We will engage our four communities to jointly reduce our energy consumption and waste and to promote efforts that have a positive impact on our planet.

Environmental management (Emissions)

Goal 1: To reduce Scope 1 emissions by 5% per total annual mileage of corporate vehicle fleet by 2028

 

Goal 2: To reduce Scope 2 emissions by 5% per square foot of owned/leased office space by 2028
