Red River’s HBCU Scholarship is a competitive scholarship program for educators and administrators currently teaching at a Historically Black College or University (HBCU). RRCF believes the technology sector offers stable and lucrative career paths, but there are far too many populations underrepresented in the sector. While we can’t fix that on our own, we can do our part.

The HBCU scholarship program offers free CCNA and CyberOps instructor training, and will cover the costs of the instructor training and certification exam. Upon successful completion of the instructor training accredited educators will be able to teach the CCNA and CyberOps curriculum at their HBCU. The benefits of the training can make an impact on students, and in turn translate to real-world paychecks. On average, CCNA certified individuals earn a salary of $75k/year, and are in demand.
