Taylor Rozzi

Taylor has worked in the IT industry for 3 years now in various positions including recruiting, business development, resource management and customer relations. Having worked with all different levels of experts in the field – from front line technical, systems and network engineers all the way up to key-stakeholders and C-level executives – she understands and strives to promote best practices and solutions for the best experiences possible.

Prior to working at Red River, Taylor was a recruiter/resource manager for government contractors in the IT space. She joined Red River in 2020 as a Business Development Representative, generating new business and clients for the company, before making the move over to Customer Experience to better utilize her passion for building strong client relationship. Taylor has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from West Virginia University. Outside of work, you can find her with friends at concerts and music festivals or at home enjoying her favorite hobbies: cooking, reading, sewing, and painting!
