As Senior Vice President of Red River’s Government Technology Services business, Jessica Hersey oversees the company’s diverse government programs portfolio and provides strategic direction and management for the teams delivering mission-critical IT solutions and services programs to federal agencies.
Hersey has over 27 years of experience in federal government services, supporting complex global enterprise technology portfolios and strategic capture initiatives. Her career includes operations, business development and portfolio management leadership roles with Janes Group, Leidos and Lockheed Martin. Throughout her career, Hersey has successfully built and managed cross-functional teams that support enterprise IT service delivery across federal agencies including the civilian, defense and intelligence sectors.
