Koren Flint

Sr. Director, Customer Experience

Koren is the Sr. Director, Customer Experience, and has been with Red River since 2012. She is an experienced professional with a demonstrated history of leading in the information technology and services industry for 10+ years. In addition, she has a strong background in operations and leadership, serving in various supervisory roles at Red River. With those multiple roles, Koren has obtained skills in Management, Professional Services, Managed Services, Proposal Preparation, RFP, and Business Development.

Koren has a Bachelors’ in Visual Communications from Towson University. She utilized her creative skills as a Graphic Designer working in the architecture and publishing industries. In addition, Koren earned a certificate in the Customer Experience Program from the University of Richmond, an ITIL Foundations Certification, and has participated in multiple Leadership and Mentor Protégé programs throughout her career.

When not in the office, Koren enjoys time with her family and friends, watching her sons play hockey, being a fan of the Washington Capitals professional hockey team, and everything related to Jeeps.
