Currently Red River’s Customer Operations Specialist, Kelly has worked in various customer service and client management positions for over 10 years, including sales and management positions for major retailers such as Books-a-Million, Best Buy, and Michael’s. A self–proclaimed “people person,” Kelly enjoys engaging with the customers and solving any issues or barriers to ensure customer satisfaction. Kelly is a mother of 3 young children and enjoys family activities, crafts, and camping.
