Gerard Thompson
Manager, Customer Experience
Gerard is Manager, of Customer Experience and came to Red River in 2013. Previously, he was the Director of Administration for a private military company, and Executive Director for a non-profit. Upon joining the Red River, Gerard began supporting the company’s flagship accounts because of his experience in strategic planning and compliance and has been recognized by those customers for his work, as the lifetime value of his service portfolio has eclipsed $700 million.
Gerard became a Cisco Certified Success Manager in 2019, earned the Cisco Services Expert Program certification in 2021, and expects to complete the Cisco Black Belt Partner Academy certification in 2022. Currently, his team’s goals are to scale with the growth of the current Federal and Commercial customer base and expand into managing more strategic software and services programs for those customers.
