Denise Compton
Manager of Customer Experience
Denise Compton is a member of Red River’s Customer Experience team, working as a Customer Success Manager (CSM). In her role as a CSM, Denise manages a diverse group of public sector accounts (financial institutions, public schools, hospitals, etc.) on behalf of Red River.
Prior to joining Red River, Denise spent over 30 years in the healthcare industry, most recently as the Administrative Manager for Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth (C.H.A.D.) at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC). Within this role Denise supervised several dozen people, spending much of her time training/mentoring staff. She brings the strong organizational, managerial and attention to detail skills garnered during her time in the healthcare industry to each client interaction in her role as CSM.
Denise holds Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certifications. She also has a Certified Professional Biller (CBP) certificate from Kaplan University. When not at the office, Denise enjoys planning scenic bike rides as part of rider’s group, gardening, spending time with family and friends, and seeing the ocean as often as time permits.
