Red River believes in making a positive impact on the neighborhoods where we live and work and volunteer days like this is just one way we do that. We are very excited to be able to do this again and really hope to see you there!
If you live near a hub we have events planned nearby and if you don’t, no worries you can participate in our virtual volunteer day! Can’t get to your nearest hub, join us for the virtual option if you’d like.
Option 1: In Person- Claremont, NH- 2 locations/2 groups Thursday, November 2nd (rain date: Friday November 3rd) 9:00-1pm
Group 1: Turning Points Residence on Sullivan Street-Painting, shed building, landscaping & more!
Group 2: Changes Thrift Store- organizing & building storage
Option 2: In Person- Sacramento, CA at the Sacramento Food Bank on Monday, November 6th 1-4pm.
– Help bagging fresh produce and sorting non-perishable food items.
Option 3: In Person- Chantilly, VA Willing Warriors Wednesday, November 8th from 10am-2pm.
– Repairing and painting their fence, few small garden projects.
Option 4: Fully Remote – Virtual Volunteering on Zoom with Goodera on Thursday, November 9th from 1pm-2pm EST.
– Making fact cards about women who have served in the U.S. military. (ZERO experience needed).
