Ashleigh has spent the last 20 years working in customerfacing roles across a multitude of industries including retail, hospitality, restaurant management, and movie/film entertainment industries. Prior to Red River, Ashleigh spent over seven years in a Director of Training role, overseeing new venue openings, on-boarding and training, as well as supporting various project implementations. She is comfortable working with clients and colleagues on all levels and particularly enjoys finding new ways to help clients discover how to best utilize their resources. When not in the office she enjoys volunteering for schools in her community and expanding her cooking skills while cooking with her children.
